Primary driver on a full Sitecore upgrade for one of the world's most recognised auction houses. Delivered Azure Functions, large-scale sitemap tooling, and platform stabilisation.

The challenge

Christie’s ran a complex Sitecore 9.x platform supporting their global auction business — high traffic, strict availability requirements, and no dedicated QA team. A version upgrade was overdue but high-risk.

What I did

  • Primary driver on the full Sitecore 9.x → 10 upgrade, largely solo
  • Developed Azure Functions for background content and media processing
  • Built a sitemap discovery console tool capable of processing millions of records
  • Platform stabilisation and ongoing feature development throughout the engagement
