Large-scale Sitecore implementation for a major German energy company, delivered with regular onsite presence in Germany. Included a significant migration from TDS to Unicorn serialisation.
The challenge
Innogy required a complex, enterprise-grade Sitecore platform for their German market. The project demanded regular onsite delivery and close collaboration with the client team, and included migrating the entire serialisation layer from TDS to Unicorn — a significant undertaking at the time.
What I did
- Sitecore platform development and feature delivery across a multi-year engagement
- Planned and executed the TDS to Unicorn serialisation migration
- Regular onsite delivery in Germany (Monday–Thursday, every third week)
- Close collaboration with client-side technical and business stakeholders
